So many times in my business, I felt so clear . . . crystal clear. And then a few days, weeks (sometimes minutes) would go by, and I'd doubt everything I was so crystal clear about.

It wasn't just frustrating for me. My colleagues, coaches, and friends would often meet my gaze with eye rolls when I would change my mind yet again.

My indecision, or rather decision and then a different decision, handicapped my ability to share my gifts and to be consistently financially supported by my business.

In the midst of that chaotic swirl, visibility was nearly impossible because what was I even sharing?

Then, I realized clarity wasn't exactly the issue . . . confidence was.

I lacked confidence in myself, and thus confidence in my intuition and decisions.

I dove into inner work. After years, the needle barely moved. A close friend suggested guided meditations. I was skeptical because I was never able to meditate successfully.

With my first guided meditation, I fell in love . . . especially with my results.

I started creating custom meditations for clients. They started getting results.
